Upload a Document to your Client's Account

Uploading documents can serve a variety of functions. You can upload Photo Ids for your client, you can upload Transfer forms or any other supporting documentation that the Client account might need at the moment.

⚠️ Please do not upload Investments (DOI) documents to this area.

New Document Upload

 

Upload a Document

  1. Navigate to your Customers Tab
  2. Select Documents Subtab
  3. Scroll all the way down
  4. Select New Document
  5. Select your Customer
  6. Select your Customer's account
  7. Select Document Type
  8. Provide a Description of the document and any relevant remarks
  9. Select Choose File
  10. Select the file you wish to upload
  11. Click the Save button

You have submitted a Document to your client account! Our office will verify the documents and will be processed automatically within 24-48hrs.
